Our policy for returns and exchanges.
7-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Condition Requirements
- •Item must be unused and in original packaging
- •All tags and labels must be intact
- •Product must not be damaged or altered
- •Opened coffee beans cannot be returned (for hygiene reasons)
- •Used or damaged equipment cannot be returned
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at hello@tobean.co with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1 business day.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Bank transfers and e-wallet refunds may take an additional 1–3 business days to appear in your account.
