To place an order, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products subject to these terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be completed at the time of ordering. We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, e-wallets, and cash on delivery for eligible orders.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time. However, delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Information page for details.

5. Returns and Refunds

ToBean Coffee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
